Ann Dee Ellis

Ann Dee Ellis's debut middle grade book You May Already Be a Winner, out July 2017, is described by Kirkus as "distinct, colorful, richly imaginative, thoroughly authentic, often hilarious, and frequently heartbreaking...Readers of this memorable novel will feel like winners, too." She is also the writer of critically acclaimed young adult novels This Is What I Did:, Everything Is Fine, and The End or Something Like That. She is an adjunct creative writing instructor at Brigham Young University and teaches regularly at various writing conferences. She lives in the foothills of Utah and when she’s not writing, she’s hanging around with her husband and five energetic children.
