It’s nearly St. Paddy’s Day … and what better way to celebrate than with The Night Before St. Patrick’s Day, written by Natasha Wing and illustrated by Amy Wummer? In this fun and festive video, little readers follow along with siblings Tim and Maureen as they plan out their St. Patrick’s Day celebration. They decorate their house with streamers, rainbows, and shamrocks and set up homemade leprechaun traps. When they go to bed that night, they dream of finding pots of gold. The next morning, as Tim and Maureen eat green eggs with their parents, they hear a ruckus in their bedroom.
