Our Commenting Code of Conduct

We love comments and encourage lively discussions. We want to make sure, though, that these conversations are safe, sane, and productive for everyone. We ask that anyone who comments on Brightly abide by our basic code of conduct below and our Terms of Use. Comments that violate this code of conduct or our Terms of Use may be subject to moderation and/or removal.

1. Play nice. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion … and a little respect, too. No name-calling, personal insults, or denigrating statements.

2. Language, please. We strive to keep Brightly free from profanity, as we never know when little ones may be looking over our shoulder.

3. Stay on topic. Keep the comments relevant to the topic at hand. Keep spam in a can, where it belongs.

4. We’re not the mall. Have something to sell? This isn’t the place to do it.
