TERRY PIERCE is the author of over twenty children's books, including picture books, easy readers, joke books, and nonfiction. A former Montessori teacher, she now writes, teaches children's writing workshops, and is a visiting author at elementary schools. She also proudly serves on the board of her regional chapter of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
